Make sure AI can read and correctly match who you are, what you do and what backs it up: spell out your scope of services, fee structure, credentials and team, write one directly quotable answer page for each question clients really ask, and keep what industry directories, associations and media say about you consistent. The more clients decide on trust, the more it matters whether AI can explain you clearly.
How much is monthly bookkeeping for a small company in Shenzhen? What kind of lawyer should I look for in a shareholder dispute? Which kind of consulting firm should a manufacturer hire for digital transformation? How do I choose an outsourced store operations agency, and what should I watch out for? Is this firm reliable?
People looking for a service provider often have AI list a few firms, explain how to choose and give a rough price before they pick up the phone. The examples above are written from common phrasings; they are not measured search volumes. When we work for you, the questions come from what your sales staff and consultants are asked every day.
| Question type | Example | What we do first |
|---|---|---|
| Finding a provider | Which bookkeeping firm in Shenzhen is reliable? | Spell out scope of services, cities served, credentials and team; list only locations where you really have an office |
| Asking about price | How much is bookkeeping per month? | State the fee structure and price range, and what makes the price go up |
| Asking how to choose | How do I choose an outsourced operations agency? | Write a page of selection criteria, including when you are not the right choice |
| Asking specific professional questions | What should small-scale taxpayers watch for in quarterly filing? | Professional Q&A pages: state the basis (name and article of the regulation), the date updated and the scope it applies to |
| Asking whether it is reliable | What is this firm like? | Practicing credentials, years in practice, service history that can be made public; client names only with the client’s written consent |
Clients in China mostly use Doubao, DeepSeek, Yuanbao, Kimi and ERNIE; if you do business overseas, also look at ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. Where your content sits decides which ones can read it.
| Source | Can AI read it? | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Your website | Yes, provided crawlers are not blocked and the body text is right in the page. Of the 324 well-known websites we tested publicly, about a quarter cannot be read by AI crawlers | Service pages, team page, credentials page, fee information and professional Q&A, each written out clearly |
| Maimai, Sohu account, NetEase account, Sspai | Open to the crawlers of several Chinese AI assistants | Put professional articles here first, where many AI assistants can read them |
| Zhihu | Open only to Google, Bing and Baidu crawlers; reaches ERNIE mainly through Baidu | Worth writing for, but not only there |
| WeChat official account | Closed to outside crawlers; only Yuanbao can use it, through Tencent’s own index | Publishing there helps only with Yuanbao |
| Directories and industry listings | Public directories of industry associations and regulators, and industry media, are what AI uses to judge whether you are a legitimate firm | Name, credential numbers and address written the same way everywhere |
Score the website with the open-source geo-score; put 20 questions clients really ask to the main AI assistants, and record whether you are mentioned now and whether anything about you is wrong.
Full legal name, credential numbers, the team’s practicing credentials, scope of services and fee structure: each recorded with its source and the date it was checked, with one version across the website and every directory.
Pick the question AI is often asked where you are at your strongest, such as the type of matter you handle most, that city, or that type of client.
The opening paragraph answers directly, stating the basis and scope, the fee range, and when you are not the right choice. Professional content goes live only after your professionals have reviewed it.
Align directories and industry listings, and put professional articles on platforms many AI assistants can read; ask a fixed set of questions every week and look at the rates over several weeks.
No outcome promises such as “guaranteed pass”, “certain to win” or “saves this much tax”. Professions like law and accounting have their own practice and advertising rules, and we edit to your profession’s rules; terms such as “best” and “highest grade”, covered by China’s Advertising Law, Article 9, are not used either.
Tax and legal Q&A goes out of date as soon as policy changes. Every page carries its update date and the provisions it relies on, and is reviewed when due; AI will cite outdated content all the same.
“A team of senior experts” says nothing. State who, with what professional qualifications, and for how many years; leave out what you do not have.
Whom you served and what you achieved appear only with the client’s written consent; anything confidential is never written.
| Good fit | Not a fit |
|---|---|
| High-ticket services where clients compare several firms first: consulting, tax and accounting, legal, marketing, HR, certification | Working only through referrals and not wanting outsiders to find you |
| Your own professional judgment, and first-hand experience others cannot write | Unable to show credentials, or content that can only be copied from elsewhere |
| Already have a website, or willing to build a proper one | Expecting inquiries to surge within a week or two |

We handle structure and wording; the professional judgment comes from you. We first interview your professionals, they review what we write, and it goes live only once they confirm it is correct. Every basis cited is marked with its source and date.
To decide, take a look first: put a few questions local clients would ask to AI and see whether you appear in the answers and whether anything is wrong. For local services you can also borrow from the local services page; aligning information and front-desk source logging both apply.
No. Nobody can. Whom to recommend is up to the AI; ask the same question as a different person, or two days later, and it may differ. What we do is make sure AI can read you and get your details right; acceptance is by AIV score, and we track inquiry volume together with you.
Gate problems on the website take a few days to fix, and rerunning the rubric the same day confirms the fix; a newly written page has to wait to be indexed and crawled, and it takes a few weeks before you can tell whether AI cites it.
